One Child One Plan (OCOP)
In order to cater for the diverse range of abilities the Department for Education has developed One Child One Plan (OCOP), which is designed to ensure that all children have the ability to participate in education and learning at their level.

”It is mandated that all children with a disability, young children in care and aboriginal learners have an OCOP..”

OCOP will personalise, connect and effectively plan for students in a holistic and comprehensive way. The OCOP contains information to support inclusion and achievement in school. As part of the OCOP, the learning priorities are linked to the curriculum and the personalisation is reflected into adjustments.

Parents are involved throughout this process and agreements reached in collaboration.
